For team organization, we utilized a R.A.C.I. matrix. Every member is assigned one letter:

• R: Responsible. These members are expected to carry out the primary task of their collectives' Lead

• A: Accountable. These members are elected as the heads of the teams. They help manage the sub-team, as well as train the members Responsible.

• C: Coach. These are the mentors for our team. We have 4 in total.

• I: Informed. These members are not directly responsible for carrying out the task of the team, but are Informed on everything the team does. This system means that every team member knows what is going on in each sub-team.
